Following news of the immediate closure of St David's Hall due to the presence of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) panels in the building, we've been working hard to ensure National Police Memorial Day goes ahead.
We're delighted to confirm that it will now take place at the New Theatre Cardiff - with thanks to the planning team who've worked under considerable pressure in quick time to find somewhere suitable for our 20th service of remembrance.
Unfortunately, we will have to cancel the reception planned for the evening of Saturday 23rd September as the venue is not available. We apologise for this but hope you can understand that the focus must be to prepare for Sunday.
Doors will now open at 12.30pm, with everyone seated by 1.30pm for the service to start as planned at 2pm.
There is still time to register to attend via the Eventbrite link on the Home page - the booking system will close at midnight on Wednesday 20th September. Those who have already registered need take no further action.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you in Cardiff.
